4x6 Postcard

4" x 6"
$0.63 per piece

The workhorse. Lowest cost per touch, fast to produce, easy to test.

The standard postcard most investors start with. It mails at the postcard rate, prints quickly, and gives you enough room for a headline, a photo, and a phone number without any design gymnastics. Because it is the cheapest piece we print, it is the natural choice for high-frequency sequences where the goal is staying in front of a seller until they are ready.

Best for

  • Multi-touch sequences (6 to 8 mailings per list)
  • Large absentee and tax-delinquent lists
  • Testing headlines and offers cheaply

6x9 Postcard

6" x 9"
from $0.63 per piece

Twice the canvas of a 4x6. Stands out in the stack without a big cost jump.

A 6x9 gives you more than double the printable area of a 4x6, which is what you want when the offer needs explaining: a before-and-after photo, a short list of what you buy, a testimonial. It still mails as a postcard, so it stays well below the cost of a letter. Many investors run a 6x9 as the first touch and drop back to 4x6 for the follow-ups.

Best for

  • First touch in a sequence
  • Offers that need a photo or proof
  • Markets where mailboxes are crowded with 4x6 cards

6x11 Postcard

6" x 11"
from $0.63 per piece

The biggest piece that still mails flat. Hard to miss, hard to ignore.

At 6x11 the card is nearly the width of the mailbox. It is the format to use when you want one mailing to carry the whole pitch: who you are, what you pay, how fast you close, and a map or photo of homes you have bought nearby. It costs more to print than a 4x6 but is still far cheaper than a letter, and the size alone earns a second look.

Best for

  • Announcing a new market or campaign
  • High-equity, low-volume lists where each name matters
  • Pieces with a map, timeline, or multiple photos

Letter

8.5" x 11"
$0.68 per piece

A full page in a #10 window envelope. Room to make the case, and it gets opened.

A standard letter, tri-folded into a #10 double-window envelope so the addresses print on the letter itself, not on a label. Letters get opened at a higher rate than postcards because the envelope hides the pitch until the seller is already holding it. Use the page to tell them what you have done for neighbors, what the process looks like, and exactly what to do next.

Best for

  • Probate, pre-foreclosure, and other sensitive lists
  • Offers with a specific dollar figure
  • Follow-up after a postcard sequence has warmed the list

Check Letter Snap Pack

8.5" x 11" tri-fold
$0.75 per piece

Sealed on three sides with tear-off edges. Looks official, so it gets opened.

A snap pack is a single sheet folded and glued into a self-mailer with perforated edges, the same format banks and payroll companies use for checks and statements. Recipients tear the edges off to read it, which means the open rate is close to 100 percent. Investors use it for check-style offers ("a check for $185,000 could be waiting") and for lists that have gone cold on postcards.

Best for

  • Check-style cash offers
  • Lists that stopped responding to postcards
  • Higher-value targets where open rate is worth the extra cost

Formats with no design file

Two of our formats are written, not designed. There is no spec sheet because there is nothing to lay out.

Yellow Letters

Handwritten-look letters on yellow paper. We supply the template; you supply the copy. Quoted on request.

Handwritten Letters

Pen-plotted on real stationery. No design file needed, just your message and signature. See pricing for the per-piece rate.

Which format should I use?

Cheaper pieces let you mail more often. Bigger pieces get opened more. Most campaigns mix both.

Artwork questions

What file format should I send?

A print-ready PDF with fonts embedded and images at 300 dpi. For bleed formats (all postcards), export at the document size with bleed, not the trim size. If you design in Canva, use "PDF Print" with crop marks and bleed turned on.

Do I have to design the mail piece myself?

No. Every plan includes our library of tested real estate templates, and we set up your first creatives during onboarding. These spec sheets are for investors who have a designer or want to bring their own artwork.

What happens if my artwork runs into the address zone?

The address block prints on top of it. USPS needs a clear address and barcode, so anything underneath gets covered. Keep the zones shown on each diagram empty and you will never lose part of a headline to a barcode.

Does REmail check my file before it prints?

Yes. Every uploaded design goes through a preflight for size, bleed, and address-zone conflicts before the first piece prints. If something is off we tell you what to fix rather than printing it wrong.

Can I use the same design for a 4x6 and a 6x9?

Not by scaling it. The 4x6 and 6x9 share the same 3:2 proportions, but the safe zone, barcode zone, and address zone do not scale with the card, so an enlarged 4x6 lands text inside reserved areas. Build each size from its own template.

Rather not think about bleed at all? We design and print every piece for you.
